Not displaying pagerank in the google toolbar

Junk page with random terms and links
I track certain terms using Google Alerts and came across this page (http://e.amdueva.com/cz) . I assume it’s just a bunch of junk used for backlinks, listing of misspellings, etc. It might be effective for a while but a high bounce rate and other factors will sink it in the rankings. Should this…

Why is this happening ?
When i search for my blog, ‘flyoni.com’ in google, google displays ‘Did you mean flyone.com?’
This has just started to happen, my blog is PR3 and about 5 months old.
Has google started giving “less importance” to flyoni.com and more to flyone.com ?
