Should I promote one of my sites URL’s if it got a PR3 without ANY SEO services at all?
The other url I promoted a crap load and spent a crap load of money got a PR2. I am wondering if I would be better off not promoting it since google gave it a PR3 straight up. Maybe they punished the PR2 link…
